The cost for our services will depend on what you include.

  • We’ll guide you through developing an event strategy where we’ll get clear on the event objectives and the ‘why’, to ensure the event delivers ROI.

  • Our 10 step event planning process covers everything from concept development through to guest registrations. We can look after all of the admin or just the elements you need to outsource.

  • How an event looks, feels and flows is important to its success. We look after both the functional (floor plans) and aesthetic (styling) elements of your event to ensure a great guest experience that delivers on your objectives.

  • From event branding to email invitations to custom event websites. If you’ve got an audience, we can market your event to them.
    (We don’t offer paid ads or PR services - but we can help you find someone if needed.)

  • Onsite management from bump in to bump out to ensure everything runs as planned. We’re based in Sydney but have worked all over from Broken Hill to Bali.
