    We stepped in when CCF NSW were in between event managers, to plan their 2021 Earth Awards Gala Dinner for 600 pax, complete with aerialists and a live band.

    13 September 2024

    In 2023 this event was run internally and attracted 160 delegates. We increased attendance to 350 pax in 2024 and are on track for 450 in 2025.

    Prohibition Dinner | Sydney

    A creative play on lockdown restrictions, we curated an intimate 1920’s prohibition-style dinner for 30 VIP guests in an underground tunnel (with no running water!)

EO Melbourne Chapter Retreat
Bali, Indonesia

The brief:
Client wanted to host their first international event after previously always hosting the event in regional Victoria.

Our work:
We curated a unique 4 day program complete with outdoor conference sessions, beach club buyouts, a wellness program with Michael Klim, and an exclusive clifftop villa party.
We provided end-to-end event planning and onsite management.

The result:
140 attendees (anticipated 80-100)
9.2/10 overall event rating from attendees (an increase on previous years)


The brief:
Increase attendance at their client function and encourage more mingling.

Our work:
2022 : We took the standard ‘wine and finger food’ social event they had run previously and created a food and beverage experience with activations across three different levels to keep people engaged and moving around.

2023 : Word had spread it was a good event and more people wanted to come. We implemented onsite badge printing and attendance reporting, and themed each level so it was 'A Journey through the Elements' (earth, fire, water).

2024 : We were strict with RSVPs due to capacity of the chambers (which created hype). We kept the concept that was working, changed the invitation strategy to attract high quality attendees, and created a strong ‘Around the World’ experience.

The result:
35% increase in attendance.
In 2025 the event will be held offsite in a large venue because over 400 of their ideal clients now attend and we cannot fit them in.

EOS Conference

The brief:
After hosting the first event internally, the committee wanted professional event management to build on the success and make it an annual event.

Our work:
We provided end-to-end event management with a focus on the event strategy, content and organic marketing in order to attract more of the right delegates (their prospect clients) and maximise the event budget.

The result:
118% increase in attendance (160 to 350 pax)
$30k budget surplus
9/10 overall event rating from attendees
