Our philosophy
We believe your wedding should reflect who you are as a couple and what you want the day to be about. And there’s no one better to plan that day than you!
But we also know that on the day you’re kinda busy (getting married!) and we want to make sure everything looks exactly as you want it to.
That’s why after 15 years we’ve curated the perfect wedding coordination package for modern couples getting married in Sydney.
Together with our templates and tools, you’ll plan your dream wedding, and we’ll help you execute it on the day.

Jodie holds a bachelor degree in event management from Macquarie University (we didn’t just decide to start planning weddings after organising one or two).
✔ 15+ years experience
Jodie has been planning, coordinating and styling weddings and events since 2009, and then working 1:1 with clients in this business since 2019.
✔ Team for additional support
You’ll be working directly with Jodie but there are additional team as back-up should there ever be an emergency (there never has been but this gives you peace of mind).

Upon booking our services
✔ Access to our White Book of trusted wedding suppliers in Sydney
✔ Wedding day run sheet template and examples
4 weeks before the wedding
✔ 1:1 virtual meeting to go through your wedding day plans and suppliers
✔ Email and WhatsApp support to finalise anything outstanding
On the wedding day
✔ Dedicated wedding coordinator onsite for up to 8 hours
✔ Assistance with setup and styling of the ceremony and/or reception
✔ Greeting and hosting guests at the ceremony location
✔ Transporting florals or signage from ceremony to reception
✔ Managing run sheet and timings
✔ Point of contact for all suppliers
